Mission & History
Who are we? CustomerXR is a cutting edge Extended Reality company focusing on bringing Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality to businesses as a tool for engagement and sales. We started where all epic superhero stories start, New York City. Two of our company founders, Brian and Chris, worked together at a store where the focus was VR. They recognized the passion in one another for making unique experiences that no one has ever seen before and decided to start working together. At first, the projects were smaller, based around the Meta gaming world. But, with the curiosity from a few companies needing Virtual Reality Solutions, CustomerXR was born.
Founded unofficially in 2023, we have been able to work with some name brand companies such as KitchenSaver and Bathfitter. However, CustomerXR now comes to life with our official founding this year, 2025.
And with our official launch, we are taking on larger projects than any other standalone XR company in the business. We are working in many verticals and providing experiences that few other companies have dared to create before. Our projects include brand awareness, customer shopping, product customization tools, and more.
